Number of COVID-19 patients in Kosovo increased one and a half times

On 24 March, the self-proclaimed Kosovo Institute of Public Health reported that 26 new cases of COVID-19 had been detected in the province over the past 24 hours. According to Albanian news agency Telegrafi, the total number of cases in the province has thus increased from 25 to 61, that is, almost one and a half times. New cases of infection were identified during the examination of persons who came into close contact with persons in whom coronavirus was found. We remind that since the evening of March 23 in Kosovo restrictions on freedom of movement of citizens have been introduced.
