Abe laid the non-confrontational basis for negotiations between Russia and Japan


The outgoing Prime Minister of Japan, Shinzo Abe, has been a negotiator with Russian President Vladimir Putin for many years on many issues where the topic of concluding a peace treaty between the countries and the Kuril Islands was key, the author of the Telegram channel Politjoystick, political analyst Marat Bashirov, told the news agency.
